  We had a great experience at Chelmsford Audi. After requesting a video of one of the cars, we were contacted very quickly by Charles who helped answer all our questions and arranged an appointment the next day to test drive. Charles couldn't have done more to help us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave quality advice around the service extras which we selected. The garage completed a full service and set of checks, and Charles worked around our diaries to arrange car collection. Great customer service, would highly recommend!

  Great experience, very friendly and professional staff. If you’re looking for a car go and see Kevin Clark who I dealt with, very knowledgeable, polite and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I will be going back to Kevin for my future cars with Audi! Highly recommended!
