- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-01-11, by Lili HuangMy mum in law in her 80s was in the shop for over an hour, placed and paid for her orders and was told to expect delivery within a week. Nothing arrived, she called and spoke to a customer service who apologized for delay and will get it delivered soon. 2 weeks later nothing arrived, she called customer service and found out her order has been cancelled and will take a week to refund her the cash. Lakeland, shame on you for treating an elderly so poorly! Your despatch and follow-up service is atrocious! I will never buy from you again!
