  Has to be THE runt of the litter in terms of branches. Absoloutly filthy store, looks like it ready to be demolished from within.... Poor stock replenishing levels, very low level of staff on the shop floor, no where near a trade level supplier. I often pop in, only to leave my trolley at the area where I expected to find what I want only to find out no one can be bothered to replenish stock. Try finding/asking someone for assistance if you've got time and are looking for a laugh! My advice would be to pop across the road to MKM and enjoy the consumer experience, something Wickes @ chelmsford know nothing about.
